Job summary

Trane Technologiesのチームは、オンサイト勤務でPCB検査・再作業・組立を含む製造プロセスを担当します。はんだ付けはLeadおよびLead-freeを実施し、部品識別と製造文書の遵守を求められます。

GED必須、品質分野での2–3年の経験が望まれ、IPC 610およびJ Standard認証を所持していることが優遇されます。協働と継続的改善を重視する職場です。

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in Quality required.
• Knowledge of soldering tools including removal.
• Current J Standard Certification or equivalent.
• Current IPC 610 Certification.
• Rework experience required.
• Basic commuter skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Performs PCB inspection, rework and assembly operations with various mechanical equipment.
• Performs post-assembly, serializing, and special component insertion.
• Verifies thru-hole and SMT circuitry.
• Performs lead and lead-free soldering operations.
• Identifies parts and polarity on PCBs.
• Ensures product quality and passes good units.
• Reads manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety procedures.
• Follows written and oral instructions and meets deadlines.
• Supports customers and internal teams; works in team and independently.

• Performs any post assembly, serializing, special component insertion.
• Perform verification on thru-hole and SMT electronic circuitry.
• Perform both lead and lead-free solder operations

What you will bring

• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required.
• One (1) to (2) years in manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in Quality.
• Knowledge of soldering tools to include solder removal and part removal
• Current J Standard Certification or equivalent.
• Current IPC 610 Certification
• Rework experience required
• Basic commuter skills to include knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Ability to work within a team.
• Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.
