Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a quality support role.
• Experience in Automotive/Industrial/Manufacturing or Logistics preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to take initiative to identify problems and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA processes, test products, and record/analyze results.
• Ensure adherence to best production practices.
• Monitor product quality and cost-effectiveness of output.
• Update internal CSI activity charts.
• Complete shift data collection activity reports.
• Perform Internal Audits of Process.
• Perform Layered Process Audits.
• Audit new/replacement team members for area understanding.
