Job summary

RiseMe in West Bend, WI, is hiring a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift to support daily manufacturing operations through routine visual and dimensional inspections. You will ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements, perform first piece and in-process checks, and document results while supporting containment of non-conforming product.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO 13485 and cGMP, partnering with production to maintain smooth operations and compliance on the floor.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in Quality Control or GMP Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Understanding of SPC tools and Gauge R&R.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece and daily visual and dimensional analysis of finished product.
• Perform first article inspection and evaluation.
• Perform floor audits of paperwork, materials, finished product, and control plan.
• Inspect non-conforming product, initiate containment, and document results.
• Follow plant Health, Safety and Quality guidelines and GMP.
• Provide ISO 13485 and cGMP guidance on the floor.
