Job summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to identify defects and non-conformities.
  • Collect and analyze statistical data to monitor process performance and identify trends.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Possess a deep understanding of product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Utilize advanced testing equipment and techniques to evaluate product quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex quality problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
  • Generate reports and present findings to management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure product quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals.
