• Sort product to maximize quality and yield.
• Remove non‑essential portions after processing.
• Inspect birds and product for defects or deleterious conditions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and company standards.
• Relieve Team Members on the production line as needed.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
