Job summary

The Technology House, LTD is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Streetsboro, OH. You will work with Operations to ensure products meet customer specifications, inspecting in-process and finished goods and documenting all quality checks.

Responsibilities include maintaining QMS adherence, providing timely feedback to the QC Manager, and ensuring proper calibration, documentation, and storage of inspected parts. Strong detail orientation and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in manufacturing or quality control, or a related degree.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of manufacturing and quality principles.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, comparators).
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document quality inspections of in-process and finished goods.
• Ensure parts follow the company’s Quality Management System.
• Provide immediate feedback to QC Manager and Operations.
• Ensure parts are inspected, documented, and stored correctly.
• Ensure calibrations are completed on time and logged.
• Initiate and follow up on nonconformances.
• Report unusual conditions or out-of-calibration issues to Quality Management.
• Maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination.
• Suggest workflow and equipment improvements.
• Verify operator in-process checks.
