Qualifications

• Ability to perform fluorescent penetrant inspections and document results accurately.
• Strong verbal communication to coordinate with clients and team.
• Willingness to operate company vehicles and comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products during the 2nd shift to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving quality issues by collaborating with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport materials, products, and equipment within the facility or to external locations as required during the shift.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to quality control procedures and vehicle operation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the quality control lab and vehicle maintenance area.
• Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of FPI and transportation task
