Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector for the second shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM, M–F) at the Plant Office in Northlake, Texas. You will monitor and measure products on the floor, perform quality checks, and escalate nonconforming parts per Quality Standards.

Requires a High School diploma, 6 months of quality experience, and ability to read/interpret work instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; be prepared to operate various gages and contribute to a safe, clean

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform duties safely.
• 6 months of quality experience; 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must use quality inspection tools and read job element sheets.
• Good attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly production requirements.
• Inspect and gauge raw or welded parts to customer specs.
• Verify first piece approval per the company's process.
