ISS Vertical Quality Solutions in Sharonville, Ohio is hiring full-time Quality Inspectors for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with overtime opportunities. No experience is required—we provide training to learn inspection techniques and quality procedures to ensure products meet standards.

You will perform visual and touch-point inspections, use inspection equipment, and engage in sorting, containment, rework and repair activities while completing paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work OT.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and touch-point inspections.

Full-Time | 2nd Shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM plus Overtime

Starting Pay

• 2nd Shift: $19.50/hour

After 90 Days – Union Membership & Pay Increase

• 2nd Shift: $22.00/hour plus 5% Shift Premium

As a Quality Inspector, you'll work on inspection, sorting, containment, rework, and repair projects while helping ensure products meet quality requirements.

What You'll Do

Pay Progression

Starting Rate

2nd Shift: $98.50/hour

After 90 Days

Employees will join the Union and receive a rate increase:

2nd Shift: $22.00/hour + 5% Shift Premium

Physical Requirements

• Extensive use of arms, hands, and fingers to manipulate tools, objects, and controls.
• Perform repetitive activities for an entire shift, which may include grasping, gripping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, kneeling, or balancing.
• Stand for long periods on various surfaces.
• Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift.
• Frequently lift less than 50 pounds and infrequently lift more than 50 pounds.
• Work in different climates, including heat or cold, for an entire shift.
• Pass a near-vision assessment.
