Job summary

ISSVQS in Sharonville, OH is seeking a Quality Inspector for the 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with overtime options. You will inspect, sort, contain, rework and repair products to meet quality requirements and support production teams.

No experience is required — we provide training. Starting pay is $18.50/hour with a post‑90‑days raise to $22.00/hour after joining the union.

As a Quality Inspector, you'll work on inspection, sorting, containment, rework, and repair projects while helping ensure products meet quality requirements.

Pay Progression

Starting Rate

1st Shift: $18.50/hour

After 90 Days

Employees will join the Union and receive a rate increase:

1st Shift: $22.00/hour

Physical Requirements

• Extensive use of arms, hands, and fingers to manipulate tools, objects, and controls.
• Perform repetitive activities for an entire shift, which may include grasping, gripping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, kneeling, or balancing.
• Stand for long periods on various surfaces.
• Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift.
• Frequently lift less than 50 pounds and infrequently lift more than 50 pounds.
• Work in different climates, including heat or cold, for an entire shift.
• Pass a near-vision assessment.
