Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking a Quality Engineer II on the 2nd shift to join the startup manufacturing team building the operations from ground up. This on-site role supports panel assembly and high-power electronic manufacturing, working with cross-functional teams to establish processes, controls, and documentation.

You will analyze data, drive CAPA, participate in QMS initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements while delivering safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years in Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and CAPA.
• Experience with large-form factor manufacturing or power systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection plans, control plans, PFMEAs, and process documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Analyze quality data, defect trends, and process performance metrics for improvements.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and support continuous improvement.
