Job summary

National Beef in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Technical Services Quality Assurance Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead QA Technicians and ensure food safety, quality and efficient operations.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, English communication, and the ability to train staff, schedule work, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, solid attendance, and proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing; background check required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Exhibited good attendance and work ethics in past jobs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Ability to work well with others.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and word processors.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates to perform the required activities.
• Background check will be completed successfully.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Technical Services (Quality Assurance) Technicians, ensuring completeness of job duties.
• Implement training of Technical Services (QA) Technicians, cross-training activities.
• Motivating Technical Services (QA) Technicians to align with training and requirements.
• Execute the daily schedule of supervising to enhance Safety, Food Safety, Quality and margins.
• Ensure attendance, time clock, and scheduling documentation.
• Document and communicate Safety, Food Safety, Quality issues to management.
• Work in the Technical Services chain of command, reporting to the QA Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
