Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks a Supervisor, QA - 2nd Shift to oversee quality assurance activities in a laboratory setting at Lincoln, NE. Responsibilities include supervising QA analysis, implementing QC procedures, and ensuring data integrity across tests and processes.

The role requires an Associate's Degree and 3–5 years' experience, with preferred Bachelor's in related field. Candidates must be able to lead a team and work on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3–5 years' experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality assurance analysis to ensure consistent lab operation.
• Implement quality control procedures for the laboratory.
• Perform routine analyses to ensure data integrity and provide improvement recommendations.
• Review and interpret test results for accuracy, precision and repeatability.
• Perform calculations to validate results or specifications.
• Validate and verify methods and identify issues affecting results.
• Lead and direct the work of others with HR concurrence from leadership.
