Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking a 2nd shift Punch Press Set-Up Operator A for our New Hope, MN facility. You will perform complex punch press setups and manage multiple machines with minimal supervision.

The role requires knowledge of bend allowances, die clearances, and basic maintenance; we offer full benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gym reimbursement, and a 3:30pm–2:00am Monday–Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent people skills and ability to partner with leadership.
• Flexible, able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment and drive toward solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up punch presses and dies according to specifications.
• Manage multiple machines with minimal supervision.
• Inspect parts and adjust machines to correct errors.
• Perform lubrication, cleaning and basic maintenance on machines.
• Support secondary operations and align dies per specifications.
• Observe presses for misalignment and operate a single-stage punch press.
