APX is seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Greencastle, Franklin County. This 2nd shift position features a consistent schedule working four 10-hour days with a $1.50/hour shift differential. The ideal candidate will set up and operate CNC punch press machines while ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC punch press machines preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC punch press machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks.
