Job summary

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 2nd Shift Part-time Warehouse Associate at our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. The role will ensure a smooth workflow of cartons in the Case Seal department and perform related duties as assigned.

Key requirements include a High School Diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication across all levels of staff. Shift is Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on-site in Riverside, NJ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Stand on feet for entire shift.
• Ability to twist, bend, reach, kneel, climb as needed.
• Willing to work OT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough workflow of cartons through case seal department.
• Inspect cartons for quality and accuracy.
• Avoid back up on conveyor line.
• Run split case back wall conveyor line.
• Work OT as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
