Job summary

US Concrete Products is hiring full-time Production Workers for our second-shift manufacturing team in Baltimore. This is a hands-on, team-based role on a stable, family-owned company that values safety, reliability, and long-term growth.

You’ll support day-to-day concrete production, operate and assist with equipment, stack and package products, move materials, and keep areas clean and safe. Training is provided; advancement opportunities exist for reliable performers.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to perform hands-on, physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Driver’s license preferred for potential future forklift training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day concrete manufacturing and production activities.
• Operate and support production equipment according to established procedures.
• Stack, package, palletize, and shrink-wrap finished products.
• Move materials and supplies throughout production areas.
• Keep workstations and manufacturing areas clean and organized.
• Follow established safety procedures and use equipment appropriately.
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production needs.
• Assist with warehouse, material handling, and other general production tasks as needed.

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

This is an active, physical position. Team members must be able to:

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday
