Qualifications

• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Available to work assigned shifts; overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous product flow on production lines to support efficiency and throughput.
• Relieve Team Members on the production line for breaks, lunches, and absences.
• Fill in for open positions during labor shortages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform multiple production tasks including packing, sorting, staging, and material handling.
• Assist with product movement between production areas to prevent downtime or congestion.
• Monitor work areas to ensure product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Follow SOPs related to fresh product handling.
• Assist supervisors by responding quickly to changing production needs.
• Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or product concerns immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas, tools, and equipment.
• Comply with Tyson policies, OSHA regulations, USDA requirements, and food safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.
