2nd Shift - Production Technician - RMA (USA)

About the Position

• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• Move, load, and package Raw and Finished Goods.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Complete box sheets accurately with box numbers, end temperatures, weights, and conformity status.
• Ensure correct labeling of boxes with Product ID, weights, and customer requirements.
• Retrieve quality samples from each box for inspections.
• Perform changeovers between products, ensuring no contamination.
• Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes to the extruder.
• Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly communicate verbally, read, comprehend, and type as needed.
• Lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Reach with hands and arms repeatedly.
• Climb straight ladders.
• Use fingers and hands for packaging and writing.
• Have color vision.

Shift Details

2nd shift from 4:00 pm to 4:15 am, rotating days.
