Job summary

Ravago Americas in Manchester, TN is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material meeting customer requirements. The role operates in a non-climate controlled environment and requires adherence to Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.

Responsibilities include moving and packaging raw and finished goods, completing box sheets with weights and temperatures, proper labeling, sampling for inspections, and performing product changeovers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.
• Move, load and package raw and finished goods.
• Complete box sheets with box numbers, finished end temperatures, weights and conformity status.
• Ensure boxes are labeled with Product ID and weights per customer requirements.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box for quality inspections.
• Perform changeovers between products with minimal contamination.
• Operate overhead crane to transfer blending totes to the extruder.
• Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
