Conagra Brands in Waterloo, Iowa is seeking a production associate for the 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift. You will oversee manufacturing processes for David’s Sunflower Seeds, operate and maintain equipment safely, and support quality, safety, and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• PC-based computer literacy.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and monitor production equipment.
• Perform product checks to verify quality standards.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and scissor lift.
• Complete equipment sanitation and routine preventive maintenance.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections.
• Identify and communicate safety, quality, or operational issues.
• Use precision, hand, and powered tools.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow 5S requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
