This entry-level role emphasizes safety, quality, and long-term growth in a cleanroom-friendly environment. The position isContract to Hire, onsite in Plymouth, with a scheduled shift 3:30pm–12:00am, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload small parts safely to support production flow.
• Operate basic production machines after on-the-job training.
• Use hand tools to assist with general tasks.
• Perform assembly tasks to build precision components.
• Inspect parts visually and with basic tools for quality.
• Follow defined SOPs and processes.
• Assist with packaging and packing finished parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Work in cleanroom or controlled environments when required.
• Report issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
