Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Understanding of basic technology of area where assigned.
• Knowledge of quality, food safety and safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record batch lot numbers for traceability.
• Ensure compliance with allergen control during batching.
• Clean/sanitize equipment and area per GMPs.
• Maintain weight requirements for finished products.
• Monitor metal detectors and periodic magnet cleaning.
• Record packaging lot numbers and verify on labels.
• Adhere to Hold & Release and rework policies.
• Pack designated products as instructed.
