Job summary

Corrugated Supplies Co. in Bedford Park, IL, is seeking a Production Technician for 2nd shift (3 pm – 11 pm). The role trains toward advanced Tech A status while supporting efficient, safe operations on high-speed corrugating lines.

Starting pay is $26.00/hour with potential to earn up to $34.83/hour as Tech A. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision, paid vacation, and a production incentive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; college coursework/certification in related field.
• Preferred experience in the corrugated industry.
• Manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
• Associate degree in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Military training/experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed corrugating machines and conveyors.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Meet production goals and control costs.
• Identify opportunities for safety and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Communicate with plant operations and management.
• Read and interpret schematics.
