Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Production Team Member on the 2nd shift in Crossville, TN. You will read work orders, cut and assemble materials, and collaborate with teammates to maintain flow and quality.

Ideal candidates have production experience, a readiness to cross-train, and a positive, communicative mindset. Safety and accuracy are emphasized in day-to-day duties with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to cross-train into other job functions as needed.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication.
• Capable of reading a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and cut, punch, or assemble materials to spec.
• Cross-train in production duties and support flow with the team.
• Work with Production Manager and Team Leader to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and strive for accuracy in all tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
