MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Production Support team member for 2nd shift to help keep operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are available when needed.

You will support production teams and maintain a safe, organized manufacturing environment. The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety, including adherence to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education will be considered.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; forklift, receiving, and basic computer knowledge are a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Mansioni

• Transport materials, parts, and supplies to and from the production line to maintain continuous workflow.
• Stack and unstack materials safely and efficiently to support production operations.
• Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping.
• Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests.
• Monitor and manage fixture inventory to support production needs.
• Assist in preventing production downtime by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production goals and customer satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA regulations and MPW safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate equipment, inventory, safety, or operational concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and facility operations.
