Phillips Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team on 2nd shift at our Tampa, Florida facility. What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving daily operations, improving team performance, and ensuring our products meet or exceed company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and consistently across all levels.
  • Monitor quality output, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve them.
  • Support team development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for equipment repair/changeover.
  • Enforce plant safety policies and operational procedures.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles.
  • Solid understanding of production methods, machinery, and quality control practices.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and production software.
  • Ability to build trust and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
