Job summary

Fulton County Processing in Delta, CO is seeking a production supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and mentor a team in a fast-paced setting.

You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with other supervisors; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising production employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and overtime when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer literacy.
• Experience in the steel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support production employees daily.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet goals.
• Oversee plant performance for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to meet requirements.
