Job summary

Qual Pac (A Pro Pac Company) is seeking a Production Supervisor for the BuzzBallz dedicated facility in Grand Prairie, TX. This 2nd shift role leads the evening production team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time execution of schedules.

You will oversee frontline staff, drive Lean improvements, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain continuous production flow. You will enforce GMP and food safety standards, coach team members, and optimize labor efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift production operations to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Provide direct leadership and supervision to frontline production employees.
• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are executed accurately and on time.
• Monitor production performance, downtime, throughput and line efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize disruptions.
