Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the #1 priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Communicate effectively between production associates, leads and management.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop production staff to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment including training and housekeeping.
• Implement plans to minimize manufacturing costs through efficient use of manpower and equipment.
• Support attainment of production schedules while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.
