Perricone Farms in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee daily operations of production and packaging. The role supports a swing shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, reporting to the Production Manager, and ensuring efficient manufacturing, safety, and quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering with a minimum of 3 years packaging management experience.
• Alternative: HS diploma/GED with 5 years of demonstrated leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily production and packaging plans in coordination with the Production Manager.
• Establish priorities and sequence of operations to ensure product quality and timely output.
• Coordinate and supervise all manufacturing activities during assigned shift, including troubleshooting operational issues.
• Monitor and review production and packaging reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Provide clear direction, support, and performance feedback to subordinate technicians.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability on the production floor.
