Cordis is hiring a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to supervise a team of 25+ operators in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will manage daily production plans, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes training, cross-training, and collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, and R&D to meet goals and improve yields. Strong leadership and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' supervision in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience working inside a cleanroom environment.
• Strong project management, communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Manufacturing Teammates and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee resource allocation for line production and capacity planning.
• Develop teammates through training and cross-training.
• Schedule production builds to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Identify and resolve production issues; drive process improvements.
• Lead Lean, 5S and cGMP adherence on the production floor.
• Provide feedback to R&D and Engineering during builds.
• Backfill for other supervisors and manage multiple production areas.
