Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, retain, and coach team members while educating them on benefits and policies.
• Guide the team in stretches and rotate workstations.
• Review daily production orders to ensure customer shipments and accurate records.
• Ensure all stations are staffed before production start.
• Ensure machinery and stations pass USDA inspections.
• Promote safety daily and in monthly meetings.
• Oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors.
• Provide ongoing education on quality.
• Perform other duties as needed.
