Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Disposables Factory in Largo, FL. The role oversees day-to-day operations, manages on-the-floor labor, and reports production KPIs to leadership.

The position is on-site and requires coordinating resources to meet demand while maintaining safety and cost efficiency. The supervisor will handle staffing, training, and performance management, and participate in interviewing and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation of employees to machine centers based on demand.
• Ensure daily operations align with corporate objectives and policies.
• Communicate capabilities to senior management and assist in objectives.
• Meet objectives for Operations on time and efficiently.
• Regularly report on KPIs to senior leadership.
• Develop staffing plans for a skilled, flexible workforce.
• Implement process improvements for Operations.
