Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; control inventory.
• Maintain plant safety and enforce OSHA standards and policies.
• Provide hands-on leadership for daily production flow and outcomes.
