You will coach and develop team members, drive canning, kegging and variety pack execution, and use on‑floor metrics to improve flow, downtime, and sanitation while ensuring safety and quality.

Middlebury, Vermont – Onsite Manufacturing Role
Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am

Bring 3‑5+ years of production, manufacturing, packaging, food/beverage, CPG, or regulated operations experience, along with proven team leadership, strong floor presence, confident real‑time decision‑making, and the ability to drive safety, quality, staffing, handoffs, production metrics, and troubleshooting during live operations.
US$65,000–$75,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits eligibility. Final pay depends on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
