Job summary

QuikCut LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead our evening operations at QuikCut West. You will oversee welding, powder coat, and fabrication, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.

This role focuses on coaching and developing a high-performing team while making practical operational decisions that drive continuous improvement. The position is full-time, on-site, with a strong emphasis on safety and accountability to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in metal fabrication, welding, or related operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence making decisions and managing multiple priorities.
• A leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and hold people accountable.
• A passion for developing employees and driving continuous improvement.
