Commercial Door manufacturer is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team!

Ideal candidate will have the ability to:

• Supervise 8-10 associates
• Perform maintenance repairs on the production machines as needed.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly work.
• Train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate performance of personnel.
• Interview and recommend applicants for hire, counsel, and discipline as necessary.
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and correctly.
• Provide on-time delivery for customers.
• Assist in improving procedures and processes. Implement change management proposals.
• Previous Maintenance/Machine experience REQUIRED
• Monitor daily production process and workflow
• Check inventory, highlight, and suggest order quantity of materials to avoid potential shortages
• Forklift Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• BILINGUAL - English/Spanish

Hours: Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-12:00am

Pay: $70,000-$90,000 annually depending on experience
