Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Aurora, IL. This role oversees daily production operations, supervises manufacturing employees, manages staffing and scheduling, and ensures safety and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of production leadership, with a proven ability to develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise production employees during 2nd shift operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, output, and efficiency goals are met.
• Manage daily staffing, employee schedules, and work assignments.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues.
• Communicate production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coach, train, and develop employees on safety and procedures.
• Participate in interviewing and performance management.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, safety, staffing, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Role Summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Aurora, IL. This position oversees daily production operations, supervises manufacturing employees, manages staffing and scheduling, and ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of production leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage teams, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and develop employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical & Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with moving machinery and industrial equipment
• Exposure to temperatures exceeding 90°F, humidity, and production noise
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and squatting
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent computer work and production documentation
• Required adherence to PPE and plant safety procedures
