Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Production Sanitation Technician for the 2nd shift to maintain peak cleanliness and compliance in our production environment. You will sanitize equipment with approved chemicals, follow SOPs, test detergent concentrations, restock supplies, wear PPE, and assist with cross-training across multiple machines.

This role entails teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualificações

• Comfort with chemical handling, basic math, and detailed documentation.
• Organized, safety-minded, and a steady problem-solver who can multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Sanitize processing and production equipment using approved chemicals and methods.
• Follow SOPs precisely and complete daily/weekly/monthly cleaning checklists.
• Verify sanitation effectiveness; test detergent concentrations and document results.
• Track and restock detergents/cleaning supplies; support recycling with crushers (training provided).
• Wear required PPE and follow chemical-handling and food safety/ISO expectations.
• Cross-train on multiple pieces of machinery and assist with assigned tasks.
