Job summary

Fresh Mark, Inc. Canton plant in Canton, Ohio, is seeking 2nd Shift Supervisors to lead hourly associates in production, sanitation, maintenance and quality.

Responsibilities include safety training, productivity, cost control, inventory and quality monitoring, and strong communications. Candidates should have two years of related education/experience and be able to work OT/weekends; Full-time, on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of education, training and/or work experience related to business management, food production, manufacturing processes or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety through training, enforcement of safety rules and compliance with policies.
• Drive department efficiencies and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and yields; monitor machinery to minimize downtime.
• Ensure effective communications and promote teamwork among employees.
• Report one hour prior to shift start and stay after shift to complete reports and paperwork.
