Stored Energy Systems LLC (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking a Production Operator II for 2nd shift. The role involves assembling products to exact specifications, inspecting components, and troubleshooting assembly issues to boost quality and efficiency.

The position requires 2+ years in assembly, Lean/5S knowledge, and strong mechanical tools skills. The shift runs Mon-Thu 3:30pm–1:00am and Fri 1:00pm–5:00pm, with on-site work and a base pay of $24.00–$26.50 per hour plus a $2.25/hour shift

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an assembly role.
• Understanding of Lean principles and 5S methodology.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Fluent in English (read/write).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Mentor and train junior assemblers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
