Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level with 0–1 year experience considered.
• Interest in operating large equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate machines to produce swine feed per quality guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and adjust grinding process as needed.
• Load trucks efficiently with finished feed.
• Document batching, grinding, loadout, and ingredient receiving.
• Assist in warehouse operations and routine maintenance.
• Schedule feed and load out according to guidelines.
