Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions in Holden, MA is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift to operate and set up equipment used to blend and package chemicals or materials. The role is temp-to-hire and requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; steel-toe boots are required and English/Spanish are welcomed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with a 40-hour work week and an hourly pay of $22.65.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably plastics, blending, extrusion, or industrial operations.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with chemicals/materials.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office helpful).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment following safety procedures.
• Weigh and stage ingredients to meet batch specifications.
• Monitor processes for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues.
• Operate machinery to mix, extrude, or handle materials as procedures.
• Inspect materials for quality and conformance.
• Collect samples for lab evaluation and adjustments.
• Clean equipment and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Complete production documentation with data accuracy.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
