Job summary

Tower Labs is seeking entry-level machine operators for the 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM). You will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to manufacture quality products safely and efficiently, receiving training on equipment, processes, and quality standards.

We value teamwork and a hands-on approach; the role involves standing for long periods, wearing PPE, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Join a family-owned company with a long-standing presence.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and interested in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Able to read and follow instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines and make adjustments during operation.
• Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs of machines and equipment
• Perform in-process testing as needed to ensure product quality is within established limits.
• Take ownership of the quality of the products you produce.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow all Safety, cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Company SOPs.
