Job summary

ASSA ABLOY's LoaderAmeristar Perimeter Security USA in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Loader for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–1:30am). You will load parts onto a moving production line and ensure materials flow without delays, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, rejecting non-conforming parts, following written and verbal instructions, and performing basic math and quality checks in a noisy, dusty environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Have basic math skills.
• Needs to have flexibility with production hours.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Must be able to stand at work station for a long period of time.
• Must be able to recognize parts that do not meet specifications.
• Must be able to reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Checks for incoming materials so production is not stalled.
• Ensures work area is clean performs necessary housekeeping.
• Must be able to recognize parts that do not meet specifications.
• Able to stand at work station for a long period of time.
• Must be able to reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
• Good understanding of quality control.
