Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Safety/5S: ensure safe conditions and training; conduct inspections.
• Quality: enforce quality standards and track defects.
• Communication: report performance in meetings and with stakeholders.
• Staffing: train personnel to meet takt time and relief schedules.
• HR/Training: develop team morale and administer policies.
• Improvements: lead problem-solving with the team and time studies.
• Materials: manage on-line scheduling and MES basics.
• Upward Communications: monitor goals and escalate variances.
• General: perform other duties to support objectives.
• EHS: follow Magna policies and procedures.
