Qualifications

• Associates Degree and 3+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience OR a High School Diploma with 5+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; ITAR compliance required.
• No relocation; reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA facility; active-duty military exempt from area limit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the team to meet business priorities.
• Meet or exceed production and/or revenue targets and manage staffing per demand.
• Coordinate employee training to ensure procedures and quality requirements.
• Update production metrics and facilitate regular team communication.
• Provide capacity planning input and manage overtime as needed.
