• Oversee overall team performance focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Supervise material usage to maintain smooth production flow.
• Support plant programs and goals by identifying process improvements.
• Collaborate with department leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and CI.
• Communicate goals and plant initiatives with leadership and staff.
• Engage in training and developing employees and foster positive relations.
