Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Godfrey, IL. You will oversee the paint and bagging areas, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely production while guiding a team toward efficiency and cost control.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics and a high school diploma. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus, and tire recycling or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/supply chain certification preferred.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish.
• Prior tire recycling or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production & bagging teams to meet goals.
• Assess team performance and identify training needs.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure on-time production and deliveries.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with departments to address shortages and meet demand.
• Maintain safety by following regulations and protocols.
